Financial Investment

2011 Annual Campaign

Recently our Board of Directors and management staff completed a Strategic Planning process, focused on “Seeing together - Where we are now – Where we wish to go”.  Major cutbacks of state funding for our participants have already begun with more to come in 2012.

In spite of these financial challenges we feel positive the Colorado LifeSharing programs will continue to serve those individuals in our life sharing community, now and into the future.  Staff and Board are formulating a cost cutting fiscal plan.  Action pieces of this plan includes: inspiring and training more volunteers, finding businesses who could help with in-kind services, program sponsorships and donations of products, and most important: actively seeking additional support from our donors, families and friends and the greater community around us.

Volunteer

CLS is an open and welcoming Community and in addition to inquires from people with special needs, we also like to hear from those who may wish to work with us either for a short period or on a longer term basis supporting the day program activities at “Our Place” and in the community or in our residential homes.
